Paragraph 2 of the annual declaration for basis year 2010 has been changed. This paragraph was not intended to refer to any form of investment in property in Malta but to the amount of the income arising out of Malta or of the capital owned. For this reason the words “and I have not invested in real estate in Malta for resale or for rent other than as stated in the following paragraph” have been removed, and are to be considered not to have formed part of the annual declaration for 2010.
